Danielle has been in the building industry for over 20 years. Her extensive and diverse experience includes leading nationally recognized brands, complex configurable product lines and working with various channels of distribution to include small businesses, independent dealer networks, architects and designers, national/local builders, and big-box retailers.
Currently, as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Management at PGT Innovations, a publicly-traded company, Danielle oversees all marketing, branding, corporate communications, product management, design engineering and strategic planning functions. Prior to PGT Innovations, she most recently served as Director of Marketing at Masco Cabinetry and Director of Sales for KraftMaid Cabinetry, both divisions of MASCO®, a multi-billion Fortune-500, publicly-traded company. Earlier in her career, she owned a successful kitchen and bath design firm that specialized in high-end and luxury home remodels.
Some key career achievements include successfully leading a comprehensive brand refresh for America’s No. 1 Builder Brand, Merillat Cabinetry, which substantially increased brand equity in market while improving sales by +20% and margins by +6.7%. Danielle was also awarded the prestigious Bronze Telly in 2014 and honored nationally for excellence in video & television. Most recently, PGT Innovations has been awarded 4 patents, more in 2 years than in company history, while Danielle has been leading design engineering and strategic planning for the company. She has also completed a brand refresh for PGT Innovations and created a 3 brand go-to-market strategy and product road map that has set the organization up growth.
Danielle, her husband, and their daughter relocated to the area in 2011 with the intention of placing deep roots within the community. As a family, they have a passion for giving back and being involved in their community to help bring about positive change and growth for those around them. Danielle believes the contribution of mentoring, active listening, honest feedback, grounded-encouragement, discretion, and compassion can give someone the additional strength needed to successfully take on life’s challenges.
