Recognized for vision and helping nonprofits grow and excel, Beth has over 25 years’ experience in nonprofit management. She has mentored others in her field and is responsible for raising significant revenue for the organizations she represented. Her skill set includes planning and implementing special events and conferences across the country, designing training and development courses for employees, financial development, strategic planning, presentation preparation, budgeting, and the development and maintenance of volunteer programs.

Beth held integral roles during a 21-year-career with the American Red Cross. She was responsible for recruitment and retention of paid and volunteer staff, sales, and marketing activities that brought in revenue to support the organization’s multiple community programs. At the national headquarters in Washington, she supported chapters in seven states with business and capacity development. Beth mentored sales teams, developed national sales and marketing workshops to help staff reach revenue goals, worked with chapters to increase sales efforts, developed and implemented a staff training system, and helped redesign the national accounts program. Throughout her tenure, she served on multiple local, state, and national committees.

After serving the American Red Cross, Beth was appointed the Chief Operating Officer for the national headquarters of the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association, then held the Foundation Manager position for the Florida Cancer Specialists Foundation and was most recently the VP of Philanthropy for the JoshProvides Epilepsy Foundation. Beth was President of the Lakewood Ranch Medical Center’s Auxiliary Board until early 2017 and is a member of the Manatee County Healthcare Alliance, the Manatee Technical College Nursing Advisory Board, and the Association of Fundraising Professionals. She is a previous member of the Manatee County Chamber of Commerce Healthcare Committee and previous board member of the Cancer Resource Network.
