Kimberly is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, and her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of South Florida. Kimberly also received a Graduate Certificate in Play Therapy from USF under the instruction and supervision of Dr. Jennifer Baggerly and attained her Registered Play Therapist credential in 2013. Kimberly has a specific interest in attachment and bonding and working with parents of infants and young children. Kimberly believes parents and caregivers play an important role in the therapeutic process for children of all ages. Kimberly has presented at state and national conferences on early childhood mental health, attachment, and trauma. Kimberly is trained in several evidenced-based models for children and families and is a qualified supervisor for registered mental health counselor interns in Florida.
